2. Confirm Your Booking

  • Once you’ve reviewed your quote and are ready to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms our team’s availability and commitment to your event date.

3. Consultation & Event Planning

  • After confirming, we’ll schedule a detailed consultation. During this session, we discuss all the exciting details—drink menu customization, any themed elements, preferred drink types, and any special requests. We’ll provide guidance on quantities and a shopping list to ensure all items will be accounted for, at your special event.

4. Event Preparation

  • Our experienced team handles all the logistics, ensuring a seamless setup. We prepare an efficient bar layout, ensuring that every tool and ingredient is organized for smooth service. We’ll coordinate arrival time, setup logistics, and any venue-specific requirements well in advance.

5. The Event Experience

  • On the big day, our team arrives early to set up the bar and ensure every detail is in place. 6. Clean-Up & Closure

  • After the event, we handle all bar-related cleanup, leaving the space as it was. We make sure all our equipment is packed up and any remaining drinks or items are properly handled.
